We build the software
you keep meaning to build. orithLabs is a software development studio in Delhi NCR, India, building Flutter mobile apps for iOS and Android, Next.js and React web applications, payment gateway integrations and LLM/AI features.

Web, mobile and desktop. A small studio that takes an idea, or a stalled codebase, and turns it into something in production — payments that reconcile, sync that survives a dead network, AI features that hold up when someone attacks them.

Capabilities

One team across the whole stack, so nothing gets lost at a handoff.

Mobile

Flutter for iOS and Android from one codebase, down to native Swift and Kotlin where the platform demands it — Live Activities, home-screen widgets, HealthKit and Health Connect.

Flutter · Dart · Riverpod · Swift · Kotlin

Web

React and Next.js front ends with Node, Postgres or Firebase behind them. Admin consoles, dashboards and the payment plumbing that has to reconcile to the rupee.

Next.js · React · Node · Postgres

Desktop & backend

Native-feeling desktop apps, plus the services under them: Express, Laravel, Flask, sockets and MQTT for anything that has to be live rather than polled.

Electron · Tauri · Express · Laravel · MQTT

AI that survives contact

LLM features wired through a server-side proxy with per-user quotas, server-owned model choice and an adversarial test suite. Provider-agnostic: three interchangeable adapters, switchable from config without an app release.

count-calories

In active development

A health and nutrition platform: 70,000 lines of Dart across 13 feature modules, native Swift and Kotlin widgets, a Next.js admin console and 370 test cases.

  • Offline-first sync with nine per-datatype conflict policies — tombstone deletes with cascade, versioned migration latches, duplicate-index self-healing, and consent fields legally exempted from merge under GDPR Art. 7(1). An architectural test enforces that the merge layer names no backend SDK.
  • Health data across HealthKit and Health Connect with a five-state uncertainty model. Wearable detection keys on heart-rate presence with a minimum-sample threshold, and Samsung Health's basal-inclusive energy is surfaced as an explicit blocker rather than silently substituted — substituting would overstate every session.
  • Migrated an extractable in-app LLM key to a streaming Cloud Functions proxy: transactional per-user quotas, server-owned model and prompt resolution, and a 1,299-line adversarial suite covering alg:none JWT forgery, HS256 key confusion, prototype-pollution feature names and cost attacks.

Education platform — payments & admin

In production

Led the frontend of a payment portal and built the invoice generation and post-payment logic behind it, plus the admin CMS for course and project management.

  • Integrated Juspay and CCAvenue end to end, including the post-payment reconciliation path where most integrations quietly break.
  • Internal Python tooling to take recurring manual work off the team.

Taxi dispatch platform

Shipped

A complete taxi service: Laravel backend, separate Flutter driver and rider apps, and an admin panel — real-time dispatch rather than request-response.

  • MQTT for live driver location, Google APIs for routing, OneSignal for push. The hard part is dispatch state when a driver's connection drops mid-trip.

Liquid Galaxy — Google Summer of Code 2024

Completed & published

Selected by Google to build Flutter tooling for the Liquid Galaxy visualisation cluster, integrating Google Earth with on-device and hosted models.

  • Work product is publicly documented and verifiable — competitive selection, not a certificate.

Some client work is under NDA and described by domain only — a jewelry brand's storefront, a property-selling platform, an internal payment app. Happy to walk through the architecture on a call.

How to work with us

Three ways this usually starts.

Build it with us

You have an idea or a spec. We scope it into milestones, ship the first one in weeks, and keep going while it's working.

Fixed-price by milestone, or monthly

Unstick something

A codebase that's slowed to a crawl, a sync layer that loses data, an integration that half-works. We go in, find the actual cause, and leave it documented.

Scoped audit, then a fixed quote

Add the AI part properly

You want an LLM feature that isn't a demo — quotas, cost control, server-side keys, and tests that assume someone is attacking it.

Usually 2–6 weeks

How we work

01

You talk to the people writing the code

No account manager, no sales engineer, no game of telephone. You speak to the engineers who shipped the thing, for the whole engagement.

02

Smallest thing that works, first

We would rather put a narrow version in front of users this month than a complete one next year. Scope is a decision we make with you, not a surprise we hand you at the end.

03

We tell you what we haven't done

If we haven't shipped production code in your framework we say so and offer a paid trial task instead of a confident guess. The same honesty applies to estimates and to bad news mid-project.

04

You own it when we leave

Your repo, your infrastructure, your accounts, documented. No proprietary layer that makes us expensive to replace.

Common questions

How do I get in touch to have something built?
Email hello@orithlabs.in or use the form above. You get a reply within one business day — and if we're not the right fit we say so in that first reply rather than booking a call to tell you.
What kind of software do you build?
Web, mobile and desktop: Flutter apps for iOS and Android, Next.js and React web apps, payment gateway integrations, LLM and AI features, offline-first sync, and the backend services under all of it.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We work from IST (UTC+5:30), with comfortable overlap for Europe, the Middle East and APAC, and mornings that work for the US East Coast.
Can you take over a stalled or broken codebase?
Yes. A scoped audit finds the actual cause, then you get a fixed quote — a codebase that's slowed to a crawl, a sync layer that loses data, an integration that half-works. We leave it documented.
